What we collect
When you request a plan we collect the details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, your chosen plan and portion, your delivery area, and the date of your order. We also record how you found us (referral source / campaign tags) to understand which marketing works.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm and deliver your meal plan, to contact you about your order (usually on WhatsApp), and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them. We only store basic order information (amount, status, and a payment reference).
Where your data is stored
Your information is stored in our secure database (Supabase) and the tools we use to run deliveries and payments. Access is limited to the team that needs it to fulfil your order.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
